Chief people Officer

Annie Edwards

As Chief People Officer, Annie is responsible for talent acquisition, talent development and to establish and sustain a culture of creativity, innovation and commitment to customers, and having fun while doing it. With over 20 years’ experience in corporate and employment law and human resources, Annie Edwards has become a trusted advisor to early-stage data and technology companies, helping them navigate rapid growth and transformation goals. Today, Ms. Edwards is general counsel and chief human resource officer for Luma Financial Technologies. Prior to that role she served as the chief human resource officer for The Rawlings Group from 2019 to 2020.

For over a decade, Ms. Edwards was involved with the DMGT family of companies overseeing 8,000 global employees, first as chief people officer and general counsel for Genscape, and in various HR leadership roles including director of global HR for DMGT from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in her legal career, Ms. Edwards also served as an Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County in Massachusetts and as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ms. Edwards has a B.A. in English from Tulane University and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.

Chief Information Officer

Brian Oldham

Brian Oldham joined Appriss in 2000 and currently serves as Chief Information Officer.  Brian is responsible for setting the technology vision for Appriss and enterprise-class scalability for the services delivered to customers. He leads the Enterprise IT and Security organizations.  Brian has more than 25 years of experience in leading technology organizations at large and high growth companies.

Prior to being CIO, Brian was responsible for product engineering and technical operations for Appriss, leading the engineering efforts for all products. Brian has led initiatives such as Agile Development, DevOps, and AWS migration.   Prior to Appriss, Brian held technology leadership positions at GE and Providian/Aegon Insurance.

Brian is a member of the Industrial Advisory Board for the University of Louisville’s J.B. Speed School of Engineering, Computer Science department.  Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and is IT Service Management Foundations certified and Six Sigma trained.

Chief Financial Officer

Todd Laddusaw

As Chief Financial Officer, Todd provides leadership in strategy, finance and operations with an eye towards value creation for the Appriss businesses and the Board. Previously, Todd was the chief financial officer at Virgin Pulse, overseeing the financial strategy and operations of the world’s leading wellbeing solution provider. Prior to Virgin Pulse, Todd held similar positions at Healthland Inc., a leader in delivering health information technology solutions to rural communities and MicroEdge LLC, which specializes in scalable platforms for philanthropic organizations. He has also held financial leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, Thomson Reuters and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Todd earned his master of business administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. In his free time, Todd enjoys travel, running and spending time with his wife and three children.

Darren Moore

Darren Moore is the Chief Legal Officer at Appriss. He joined Appriss in 2020 to help the company navigate the next stage of its growth journey and support its role as a trusted provider of information services.

Darren has over 20 years of experience advising highly regulated businesses and is skilled at scaling innovation, contract management and compliance programs. During his career, Darren managed legal support for a diverse set of business units and a significant number of strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Appriss, Darren spent over 15 years in public global data and analytics companies. Most recently, he served as General Counsel, Mergers and Acquisitions for RELX, the FTSE 100 parent company of LexisNexis and Elsevier. Darren began his in-house legal career at Equifax.

Prior to moving in-house, Darren was an associate at the Baker Donelson and Troutman Sanders (now Troutman Pepper) law firms.

Darren is a graduate of the University of Florida and Washington & Lee School of Law.

Rob Cohen

Mr. Cohen brings over 13 years of healthcare experience to Bamboo Health with a career spanning leadership positions at McKinsey and Company, Anthem, and Healthways.

In his most recent role, he served as the Market President of Tennessee for Evolent Health, a leading health IT and population health provider, where he was responsible for the operations, growth, and profitability of regional relationships.

Mr. Cohen holds a BBA, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin, a master of computer and information technology from the Moore School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Steve Prebble

Steve Prebble serves as the President of Appriss Retail and is responsible for all aspects its operations, joining the business in the summer of 2019.

Prior to Appriss Retail, Steve led several marketing service provider companies, including directing the growth of SaaS engagements for EYC and Aztec (acquired by IRi), and more recently driving significant growth of the digital load-to-card promotions ecosystem at Catalina for 100+ US retailers and CPG brands, serving offers to over 50 million shoppers nationally.

Earlier, Steve held senior roles with global food retail businesses across store operations, merchandising and marketing for leading retailers including Sainsburys, Shaw’s Supermarkets, Albertsons, and Tesco Lotus (Thailand). Steve has led the design and launch of two retail loyalty marketing programs and the creation of CRM engagement programs and the supporting insights and analytics infrastructures.

Steve earned his MBA from the Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.
